RETURNS AND WARRANTY
RETURN POLICY
PuroAir Filter 100 Day Cleaner Air Guarantee. 100% Refund Return Policy. If you are unsatisfied with your Purifier purchase from PuroAir.com for any reason, you have 100 days from the date of shipment to request a full refund, including shipping charges. Purifiers will not be eligible for a return after 100 days. You may also cancel any subsequent subscriptions at the time of return, as well.
To qualify for a refund under this Return Policy, all of the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorization and prepaid shipping label must be requested from our customer service team within 100 days of your shipment date. To request a return authorization and prepaid shipping label, please email help@getpuroair.com.
- Returned Purifiers must be in good physical condition (without any damage) and all original package inclusions must be returned and included with the Purifier in its original packaging.
- Your purchase must not have been made for use in a healthcare or medical facility. Purchases from PuroAir.com for use in healthcare or medical facilities are nonrefundable. The return policy described above shall not apply to such purchases.
Refunds will be processed once the Purifier has been received and inspected at PuroAir’s warehouse. Refunds to the original payment method may take 9 to 10 business days after the items have been received and inspected by PuroAir.
If you purchased your PuroAir Purifier through an authorized retailer, please return your PuroAir to the retailer with proof of purchase and in accordance with its policies. Please also not that bulk or wholesale orders are non-refundable. The return policy set forth here does not apply to bulk or whole sale purchase.
Filter Returns. Filters can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund for your return of filters, all of the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorization and prepaid shipping label must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days from the date of purchase. To request a return authorization and prepaid shipping label, please email help@getpuroair.com.
- Returned filters must be in the original sealed bag and packaging (box).
- Your purchase must not have been made for use in a healthcare or medical facility. Purchases from PuroAir.com for use in healthcare or medical facilities are nonrefundable. The return policy described above shall not apply to such purchases.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund in the original amount less the cost of the return shipping label. Refunds will be processed once the filters have been received and inspected at PuroAir’s warehouse. Refunds to the original payment method may take 9 to 10 business days after the filters have been received and inspected by PuroAir.
PURIFIER LIMITED WARRANTY
PuroAir warrants to buyer that, for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase of the filter, such product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the documentation provided with the product. PuroAir’s policy is to honor product warranties only on purifiers purchased directly from PuroAir or from authorized PuroAir resellers, and only if accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. A list of PuroAir’s authorized resellers is available on PuroAir’s website. If you purchase a PuroAir product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your PuroAir purifier warranty will be deemed invalid.

PuroAir’s sole obligation under this warranty will be, at PuroAir’s sole option, to repair or replace the purifier. Any repaired or replaced purifier will be warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty. Replacement purifiers may contain new or refurbished parts. Shipping charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.
This warranty does not apply to purifiers damaged by misuse, accident, electrical disturbance, or normal wear and tear. The product is not designed for or warranted against damage from use in areas subject to extreme temperature, excessive moisture, or other inherently hazardous environments. This warranty also does not apply if you altered or defaced the purifier.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE, PUROAIR MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

PuroAir’s policy is to honor product warranties only on purifiers and filters purchased directly from PuroAir or from authorized PuroAir resellers, and only if accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. A list of PuroAir’s authorized resellers is available on PuroAir’s website. If you purchase a PuroAir product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced, or altered, your PuroAir purifier warranty will be deemed invalid.
