PuroAir 30-Day Home Trial. 100% Refund Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to request a full refund including shipping charges. If you purchased your PuroAir through an authorized retailer, please return your PuroAir to the retailer with proof of purchase and in accordance with its policies. You may return any physical product purchased on in accordance with the terms below: To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

Purchases from for use in healthcare or medical facilities are nonrefundable.  The return policy described above shall not apply to such purchases.

Returns FAQ

What if I do not have the original shipping carton?
If you do not have the original packaging, we can send you a replacement shipping carton for a nominal fee of $15 USD for Air and $10 USD for Air Mini. This charge will be deducted from your refund. If you are interested in this service please contact our Customer Support team. How long does it take to receive my refund?
When we receive the device at our warehouse, we will inspect the shipment to ensure all parts have been returned and the device undamaged. Once the device has been inspected, usually in 2-5 business days, we will process your refund and reimburse the payment method you used for the purchase.  It usually takes 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement.
What if I purchased from a retailer?
Retail purchases are subject to the retailer’s policies. Please contact the retailer you purchased your PuroAir from.
What if I purchased from a PuroAir showroom?
Purchases from a PuroAir showroom can be returned to the showroom or online. To return online, please email to submit a return authorization request.
Can I return an online purchase in person at a PuroAir showroom?
At this time, only PuroAir showroom purchases can be returned in person.

Limited Warranty

PuroAir warrants that for a period of one year from shipment, the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the documentation provided with the Product. PuroAir’s policy is to honor product warranties only on products purchased directly from PuroAir or from authorized PuroAir resellers, and only if accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.  A list of PuroAir’s authorized resellers is available on PuroAir’s website.  If you purchase a PuroAir product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your PuroAir product warranty will be deemed invalid. Shipping charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.
PuroAir’s sole obligation under this warranty will be at its option to repair or replace the Product and the replaced product will be warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty. Replacement products may contain new or refurbished parts. This warranty does not apply to Products damaged by misuse, accident, electrical disturbance or normal wear and tear. The Product is not designed for or warranted against damage from use in areas subject to extreme temperature, excessive moisture, or other inherently hazardous environments. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE, PuroAir DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
