Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, including unauthorized sellers on online marketplaces such as Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, or similar platforms, are not eligible for the manufacturer's warranty. PuroAir reserves the right to verify the original purchase source and request proof of purchase when processing warranty claims. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for complete terms.
