Where can I see tracking for my order?

I replaced my filter but the replace filter triangular light is still blinking?
Press and hold down the filter replacement icon for 10-15 seconds - it will beep and then turn off.
Can you expedite my order?
Our current shipping and delivery times are 3-5 days, sometimes sooner! Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not available at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once the tracking number is available, an estimated delivery date will be provided. Shipping times currently vary between 3-5 business days.
What type of filter do you use?
PuroAir filters are 3-Layer HEPA & CarbonTech™ Activated Carbon filters. They’re engineered and lab tested to meet performance standards of HEPA filters but with a supercharge from the activated carbon layer for even smaller particles.
How often do you recommend changing the filters? Can the filters be cleaned?
We recommend changing filters every 3-5 months for optimal filtration, but it really depends on frequency of usage and the environment that the unit is in.
The filters are not washable or reusable. You can definitely clean (vacuum) off the filter, but we recommend replacing it when the alert goes off to ensure optimal filtration.
Which units should I purchase for my home?
The PuroAir 240 is designed to filter rooms up to 1,000 sq ft. The PuroAir 400 up to 2,000 square feet. We recommend selecting the unit that aligns most appropriately with the square footage of your home or space.
