Standard Warranty

Every PuroAir purifier includes a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase or date of delivery, whichever is later. No registration required. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Lifetime Warranty

Available with an active filter subscription (Subscribe & Save). Covers defects for the duration of your subscription. This is in addition to, and does not replace, your standard or extended warranty.

Your Remedies

If a covered defect occurs, PuroAir will, at its option, replace the product or refund the purchase price. If PuroAir is unable to remedy the defect after a reasonable number of attempts, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund at your choice.

How to Claim

Email help@getpuroair.com or call (866) 552-9322 with your proof of purchase and model number. Product registration is not required for standard warranty service. If you do not have proof of purchase, the warranty period will begin 90 days after the date of manufacture according to PuroAir’s records.

Genuine Products

This warranty applies to genuine PuroAir products purchased from PuroAir (getpuroair.com) or authorized retailers including Walmart and Amazon. Products with removed, defaced, or altered serial numbers may be counterfeit and are not covered, as PuroAir cannot verify their origin or authenticity. If you believe you received a counterfeit product, please contact us immediately.

Exclusions

Misuse, abuse, or neglect. Unauthorized modification or repair. Normal wear including filter degradation. Damage from power surges or external causes. Cosmetic damage not affecting function. Use contrary to product instructions.

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are not excluded. In California, the duration of any implied warranty is coextensive with the express warranty period above.

Product Registration

Registration is for warranty extension purposes only. It is not required for standard warranty coverage. Personal information provided will be used for registration, warranty service, and product safety communications only.

Out-of-Warranty Support

If your PuroAir product experiences a defect or failure outside the warranty period, please contact us at support@getpuroair.com. PuroAir stands behind our products. We will work with you to make it right, including providing a replacement at no charge.

Notice to California Buyers

A buyer of this product in California has the right to have this product serviced or repaired during the warranty period. The warranty period will be extended for the number of whole days that the product has been out of the buyer’s hands for warranty repairs. If a defect exists within the warranty period, the warranty will not expire until the defect has been fixed. The warranty period will also be extended if the warranty repairs have not been performed due to delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of the buyer, or if the warranty repairs did not remedy the defect and the buyer notifies the manufacturer or seller of the failure of the repairs within 60 days after they were completed.

Limitation of Liability

PuroAir’s total liability is limited to replacement or refund as described above. PuroAir is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow this limitation, so it may not apply to you.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by state.
