Clean Air Credits is the PuroAir Customer Loyalty Program. It is a way to earn credit on every purchase while enrolled in the Filter Subscription Program. Earn credits and apply them to your next air purifier, filter or refill purchase. The purchase must be made on the PuroAir website.

- Receive replacement filter(s) automatically every 3 months
- Enjoy 5% cash back (credit) on the filter purchase billed in your subscription
- And 3% cash back (credit) on any one-time purchase outside of the subscription, like a new purifier or additional filter.
No, joining the PuroAir Clean Air Credits Program is free to join! You will just cover the cost of your replacement filter subscription, while receiving 5% cash back.
You will earn 5% back on every subscription order. For example, if your subscription is set up to ship a fresh filter every 3 months, then you will receive 5% of that order at the same time (every 3 months).
You will also earn 3% back on all orders on one-time purchases of filters and purifiers while enrolled in the subscription program. This includes any purchase that is not already included in your filter subscription.
Refer a friend! Every time you refer a friend that makes a purchase, you will earn $25 credit and they will earn a $25 credit. Win win!
Clean Air Credits have an expiration date of one year (12 months) since the credit is earned & is contingent on having an active PuroAir product subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose your credits.
No, Clean Air Credits are only available while your filter subscription is active.
If you cancel your subscription and then re-enroll at a later date, your previous credits will still be available as long as they haven’t expired. Credits are preserved on your account and will reappear when you reactivate your subscription. The only exception is if the credits had an expiration date that has already passed, in which case they would no longer be available.
All you need to do is enroll in the filter subscription program and you will automatically begin to receive Clean Air Credits for your purchases.
It’s easy! To refer a friend, first log in to your PuroAir customer account. Then, click on the PuroAir Rewards tab. At the bottom of this page, there is a section titled “Refer a Friend” where you can simply input their email, which will send them a referral link.
Once they click the link and make a purchase, you’re all set! You will now see a $25 credit under your Clean Air Rewards in your account profile.
Clean Air Credits are earned on qualifying purchases and can be applied to future orders.
Each time you make a purchase, you will have the option to choose how much credit you would like to put towards the purchase. Use a portion of your credits or the entire amount - it’s up to you!
Your Clean Air Credits will not automatically apply towards a subscription purchase. You will need to go into your subscription portal to apply the credits on your next subscription order.
Yes! You can apply your Clean Air Credits toward purchases on the website, including items that are already discounted, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
Once logged in, click on the profile icon on the top right of the PuroAir website. From here, click the “PuroAir Rewards” tab to view all of your accrued credits and rewards history.
No, we do not offer the option to transfer your Clean Air Credits with someone else at this time.
If you return an item, the Clean Air Credits earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Yes, you can opt out of the Clean Air Credits program at any time. Also, the Clean Air Credits program will stop if you cancel your filter subscription.
